Scrambled Eggs with Cheese

You need :
- Eggs- 4 nos
- Butter- 2 tbsp
- Milk- 2 tbsp
- Processed Cheese- ½ cup (grated)
- Spring onions- 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
This is how you make it :
- Whisk the eggs, milk and salt.
- Melt butter and pour the egg mixture.
- Stir with a spoon and when it is just about to set add the grated cheese.
- Stir once and remove from the fire.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped spring onions
Note: Remove the scrambled eggs when it still looks uncooked or almost done because it will cook further in its own heat.
You can serve it on a toast and have a perfect breakfast !!
