Scrambled Eggs with Cheese

You need : 

  1. Eggs- 4 nos
  2. Butter- 2 tbsp
  3. Milk- 2 tbsp
  4. Processed Cheese- ½ cup (grated)
  5. Spring onions- 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  6. Salt and pepper to taste

 

This is how you make it : 

  1. Whisk the eggs, milk and salt.
  2. Melt butter and pour the egg mixture.
  3. Stir with a spoon and when it is just about to set add the grated cheese.
  4. Stir once and remove from the fire.
  5. Sprinkle the finely chopped spring onions

 

 

Note: Remove the scrambled eggs when it still looks uncooked or almost done because it will cook further in its own heat.  

You can serve it on a toast and have a perfect breakfast !!

    The eggs look very, very gooey, & the cheese must taste wonderful in it. Cheese & Eggs – both hot favorites with me.
